We are looking for a Paid Ads Specialist (Experienced Media Buyer) who will be responsible for creating content and managing ads across ALL social media platforms and Google Ads platform.

Core Tasks:

Upload and manage digital ad campaigns for Google and Meta
Work with creative and copy departments to pull in necessary content for ads
Monitor analytics and adjust according to client direction/parameters
Perform regular reporting on campaign effectiveness
Generate and track UTMs across campaigns
Templated reporting and dashboarding on campaign results
Test and validate new strategies and approaches with client direction
Assist with the development of new ad channels

Must-Have:

2+ years of Google (#1) and Meta (#2) ads experience
Familiarity with Instagram campaigns
Familiarity with Slack and Gmail for internal comms
Basic -intermediate experience with Excel / Sheets
Great written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work PST/EST

Nice to Have:

Background with awareness / reach driving experience with paid social
Notion experience in team admin and project tracking
1+ years of Youtube, TikTok, and/or LinkedIn ads platform experience
