Salary Range: PHP 50,000 - 85,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role
- Reporting of KPIs (daily) - GoogleSheets (leads and sales report)
- Research - leads, tools, contact records, and building list of leads/customer
- Mutual intro and outbound playbook - run the SOPs and do cold outreach, respond to social media comments, and set appointments (use a persona, no calls/meeting with clients of BSG/Gateway X)
- Social media - engaging with posts (grow-into will post organically)
- Use AI tools
- Daily agenda management (top of day email, daily meetings prep, task reminders, etc)
- Assist in scraping and qualifying leads through research and email exchange
- Enrich and decorate CRM data as needed (GSheet)
- Create CRM sequences for mass outreach and follow up (Just GMail)
- Manage outreach to warm prospects that have yet to book calls/meetings with sales reps
- Track outreach activities, goals, and targets
- Escalate prospect inquiries as needed
- Book meetings on sales calendars as needed
- Help in building playbooks/SOPs - Notion
The Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with SDR outreach activities (verbal and written comms)
- Experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Lusha (or similar tool) for prospecting and list-building
- Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals (start-ups or tech companies)
- Experience following playbooks/SOPs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work 8 AM - 5 PM CST
- 1+ years experience with HubSpot CRM for data management and sequence building
- Gmail and Slack experience for internal comms
- Great in Excel/GSheet
- Email automation tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Experience building/creating playbooks
