The Senior Media Buyer will lead the development, execution, and continuous optimization of paid social media campaigns across major platforms including Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram. This role requires strategic thinking, data fluency, and cross-functional collaboration to drive ROI, align creative assets with campaign goals, and ensure reporting transparency.

The Schedule:

Must-Have Qualifications:
4+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and TikTok paid media campaigns
2+ years experience managing organic social strategies
Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
Proficiency in Looker Studio or similar analytics/reporting platforms
Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets knowledge, including formulas and data analysis tools
Core Tasks:
Develop and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting
Manage and allocate daily advertising budgets up to $35K efficiently
Collaborate with creatives and content teams to source, manage, and track content assets
Report on weekly performance trends and recommendations using Slack, Asana, and client presentation decks
