The Webinar & Virtual Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and managing virtual events and webinars to drive engagement and support marketing initiatives. This role ensures seamless event execution, coordinates marketing assets, and optimizes audience engagement through post-event analysis and follow-ups.

The Schedule:
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST
Must-Have:
- 2+ years of experience hosting and managing webinars and virtual events.
- Proficiency in Zoom, ON24, Workfront, or similar platforms.
- Basic familiarity with social media engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Core Tasks:
Webinar & Virtual Event Management (70%)
- Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual events, webinars, and live sessions.
- Oversee live webinars, providing production and administrative support.
- Manage event logistics, including registration setup, technical execution, and post-event follow-ups.
- Track engagement metrics, generate reports, and optimize future event performance.
- Manage the creative development process, including brief creation, approvals, and asset coordination.
At Work Marketing Asset Coordination (30%)
- Maintain and audit the At Work asset library, ensuring content is current and accurate.
- Upload completed marketing assets and manage access for internal teams.
- Field and document creative asset requests from key stakeholders.
- Process purchase orders and perform data entry for event-related expenses.
- Support administrative tasks related to event execution and marketing initiatives.
The Compensation:
- ₱55,000 to ₱85,000/month
