GrowthAssistant is looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst who is a Python expert and thrives on turning raw data into clear insights. In this role, you’ll clean, organize, and analyze complex datasets to create accurate and visually engaging reports and dashboards. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to ensure data accuracy, deliver actionable insights, and support decision-making through well-structured reporting.

Core Tasks:

Data manipulation (i.e., sorting, scrubbing, tagging, cleaning, de-duping).
Create templated reports for partners upon request.
Build reports and dashboards from scratch or using provided templates.
Analyze results and write a summary of reports.
Provide daily/weekly/monthly reporting on various data sets.
Validate and troubleshoot existing reports for data/logic accuracy.
Perform other ad-hoc data analysis tasks as needed.

Must-have Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in complex data analysis.
Experience with Looker (or similar BI tool).
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel / Sheets.
Demonstrated ability to generate ad-hoc reports and dashboards from scratch.
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Experience with Python, SQL, or R scripting (Python is highly preferred).
Ability to work CET (central time zone)

Nice-to-have Qualifications:

Experience with R, Google Analytics, and CRMs
Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal comms
Grow into some analysis per client parameters
Background in working with marketing data sets
Experience/comfort using AI tools in the data analysis space (AI comfort mindset)
