The Role

Design proposals for prospective clients using Indesign and visually enhance internal docs and presentations
Design graphics for ad sets, email, display ads, social, landing pages, etc.
Edit and iterate off existing creative assets (crop, resize, text overlays, etc.)
Ad hoc tasks as delegated and trained by client
Ability to create logos and brand identity.
Create designs for client Websites

The Requirements

4+ years of graphic design experience
Experience with Adobe Suite for graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, & Indesign experience required)
Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills
Ability to work CST or EST
Familiarity with GMail and Slack for team communication
Experience with Figma
Ability to take feedback and act upon.

NICE-TO-HAVE:

Experience with SEO and/or willingness to learn
Experience with social media marketing and/or willingness to learn
Experience using Wordpress, WIX, or Framer
Has Designed Websites
Has UI/UX design experience.

GROW-INTO:

Saving, organizing and filing creative assets for easy/quick access and swift coordinate / collaboration w/ creative department
