GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Webinar Marketing Specialist to support our At Work Product Marketing Team in planning and executing high-impact virtual events. This role will be responsible for managing webinars, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the seamless execution of financial literacy and benefits-focused events. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working across multiple platforms and teams.

The Schedule
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
The Role
Webinar & Virtual Event Management (70%)
- Plan, coordinate, and execute 20-25 high-impact webinars per year.
- Manage webinar logistics, including scheduling, registration setup, speaker coordination, and live event support.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal teams, ensuring all webinar details are shared via Slack and email.
- Manage creative development, including filling out templatized briefs, gathering stakeholder feedback, and ensuring final assets are approved and executed.
- Ensure compliance approval for event materials and monitor performance analytics.
- Maintain the ON24 Engagement Hub, ensuring event recordings and on-demand content are up-to-date.
At Work Marketing Asset Coordination (30%)
- Manage and maintain the At Work Asset Library, ensuring all materials are updated and accessible.
- Conduct regular audits to remove outdated assets and upload new materials.
- Coordinate with the Partner Success Team to field requests for marketing assets.
- Track and manage creative asset requests, timelines, and delivery deadlines.
Administrative & Project Management
- Utilize Slack, Google Suite, Workfront, and ON24 to coordinate event logistics.
- Process purchase orders and track expenses related to events.
- Assist in tracking engagement metrics and optimizing event performance.
The Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing and hosting virtual events and webinars.
- Hands-on experience with ON24, Zoom, Workfront, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- Basic understanding of social media engagement strategies.
- Strong written communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in real-time during live events.
Nice To Have
- Experience in social media management and content calendar administration.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
The Compensation
- ₱70,000 to ₱80,000/month
