We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Data Analyst to help us gain a clearer understanding of our business performance. You will own pulling, organizing, analyzing, and visualizing marketing data across our core platforms, and build streamlined dashboards and automated reporting systems to support decision-making across a small, fast-moving team.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in marketing analytics who loves data cleanliness, process improvement, and task automation - including leveraging GenAI tools to improve efficiency.

- Pull daily, weekly, and monthly data from Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and GA4.
- Clean and organize existing reports to prepare them for centralized dashboarding.
- Build dashboards in Google Sheets and Looker Studio for core marketing KPIs, revenue trends, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
- Maintain performance reporting for paid media, email marketing, landing pages, and organic channels
- Ensure data accuracy and quality across all reporting pipelines.
- Document data sources, definitions, and reporting processes for internal clarity; build out SOPs.
Here's our ideal candidate:
- 2+ years of experience as a marketing data analyst, digital analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience pulling and analyzing data from:
- Shopify
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Email Marketing Platform (Klaviyo strongly preferred; Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar ESP acceptable)
- Understanding of multi-touch attribution concepts or experience with attribution modeling.
- Experience with process improvement and using tools for automation (Zapier, Make, similar).
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets (including pivot tables, lookups, charts, and formulas).
- Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio (or similar BI tools).
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, email performance, funnel metrics).
- Ability to synthesize data into insights and present findings clearly.
- Experience with data connector tools (Supermetrics, Funnel.io, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently without constant direction.
- Proactive, curious, and resourceful - willing to investigate anomalies and dig deeper into data without being asked.
- Familiarity with paid media optimization concepts.
- A/B testing methodology and analysis (lift, statistical significance, etc.).
- Comfort supporting small, fast-moving teams where you wear multiple hats.
- Experience documenting SOPs and reporting definitions.
- Light SQL or database querying skills.
- Familiarity with consumer digital brands in the parenting space.
