The Schedule:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST

Must-Have Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in email marketing, project coordination, or client communication.
Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot preferred), project management tools (Asana preferred), and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp preferred).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Core Responsibilities:

Manage inbound client communications and ensure timely responses.
Oversee project workflows in Asana, ensuring tasks are assigned and deadlines are met.
Coordinate with internal teams to execute high-quality email marketing campaigns.
Perform quality assurance checks on email templates, ensuring proper rendering and functionality.
Stay up to date with email marketing best practices and industry trends.

The Compensation:

₱55,000 to ₱75,000/month
