GrowthAssistant is looking for a Project Management Assistant to support our client’s marketing and operations teams with task coordination, communication tracking, and project organization. Salary Range:

PHP 70,000 – 85,000 per month
Note: Rate will depend on your current competencies and how closely your profile matches the job requirements based on our assessment.

    Core Tasks

  • Manage marketing and cross-functional projects using ClickUp, ensuring tasks are tracked, delegated, and completed on time

  • Take meeting notes, manage agendas, and update project statuses regularly

  • Organize and maintain internal documentation related to marketing initiatives, vendor relationships, and agency projects

  • Capture action items and assign them as tasks in ClickUp or other PM tools

  • Check in with key stakeholders to gather updates, feedback, and required inputs

  • Prepare weekly reporting on task progress, campaign timelines, and status dashboards

  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments as needed

  • Support broader project management outside of marketing (as needed)


 Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2+ years of project management experience, ideally within marketing or operations teams

  • 2+ years using ClickUp (or similar tools like Asana, Monday.com, Trello) to manage workstreams

  • Demonstrated ability to organize tasks, manage timelines, and communicate with cross-functional teams

  • Strong attention to detail, written communication, and follow-through

  • Experience with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook

  • Comfortable working full-time on Mountain Standard Time (MST) schedule

  • Experience working with external vendors, agencies, or partners

 Nice to Have

  • Experience working at or coordinating with marketing agencies

  • Familiarity with ClickUp automations or other process automation tools

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., filters, pivot tables, basic formulas)
