GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a B2B Paid Search Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible formanaging and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, specifically within a B2B context, to drive measurable business results. This role requires a solid understanding of digital metrics, experience with WordPress, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve campaign goals.

The Schedule:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
The Role:
Build, optimize, and load paid search ad campaigns.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify the most effective keywords for targeted campaigns.
Monitor analytics and adjust campaigns according to client direction and parameters.
Manage administrative tasks such as Google Tag Manager and UTM setup.
Provide detailed reporting and dashboarding on campaign performance for client review.
The Requirements:
3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search and Display) in a B2B context.
Proficiency in calculating and interpreting ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other key paid media KPIs.
Experience with WordPress for campaign-related tasks.
Working knowledge of the Google Analytics platform.
Basic to intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
