We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and process-driven Database Marketing Assistant to support database management and marketing operations. In this role, you’ll help maintain clean and accurate data within Salesforce, manage inbound leads, upload contacts/accounts, and ensure smooth marketing attribution processes.

Salary Range: PHP 55,000 - 65,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Key Responsibilities

Upload new accounts and contacts into Salesforce while preventing duplicates
Update various Salesforce fields for marketing meeting attribution
Handle meeting & opportunity attributions
Assign inbound meetings accordingly
Clean and maintain database (deduping, lead conversion, field updates)
Manage account/contact matching from events or lead lists
Create Salesforce reports with the correct filters and fields
Support ongoing database management tasks and ad hoc requests

Must-Have Skills:

2+ years of database management or marketing operations experience (Salesforce preferred but not required)
Intermediate skills in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow detailed process documentation with minimal errors
Excellent organizational skills
Strong commitment, goal-oriented, and can work independently
Comfortable working PST hours

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Slack and Gmail experience for internal communication
Experience managing large datasets
