GrowthAssistant is looking for a Sales Content Specialist. This role supports the sales team by keeping enablement materials organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible. It involves managing content libraries, preparing training resources, and assisting with updates to sales tools and templates. The position also includes light coordination tasks with internal teams to keep processes running smoothly.
Salary Range: Up to 65,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

MUST-HAVES:
- 2+ years experience with a CRM and/or LMS (Salesforce, Salesloft, Showpad preferred)
- Previous experience supporting a sales, marketing, or enablement team.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets).
- Strong attention to detail when updating, tagging, and maintaining version control of sales content.
- Solid communication and follow-up skills for basic stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to complete repeatable tasks consistently, on deadline, and with accuracy.
CORE TASKS:
- Regularly update sales content across Notion and Google Drive, including battle cards, case studies, product one-pagers, and onboarding decks.
- Maintain organized content libraries in Showpad and Notion to ensure up-to-date access for AEs and SDRs.
- Upload and format training content, meeting recordings, and documentation for bootcamps and enablement sessions.
- Support updates to email templates and cadences in SalesLoft with direction from the Enablement Manager.
- Format and duplicate existing course templates in Showpad; assist in adding assessments and tracking completion statuses.
- Assist with light scheduling and follow-ups with internal stakeholders (e.g., nudging managers to review materials or respond to enablement-related asks).
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Ability to leverage automation tools to enhance repetitive enablement workflows.
- Experience formatting documents, updating decks, or organizing file systems across teams and at scale.
