Paid Social Campaign Manager + 300USD Sign On Bonus
We’re looking for a Paid Social Campaign Manager to manage and scale ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snap. You’ll collaborate closely with creative, copy, and analytics teams to deliver performance-driven results for product-led B2B SaaS clients.

What You’ll Do
As a Paid Social Campaign Manager, you’ll handle the daily execution, optimization, and reporting of social ad campaigns while supporting the strategic goals of each client.
You will:
Upload, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta and secondary platforms like TikTok and Snap
Collaborate with creative and copy teams to gather ad assets and ensure timely campaign launches
Monitor key performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, etc.) and adjust strategies to meet client goals
Implement standardized UTMs across campaigns for consistent tracking
Create and maintain campaign reports and dashboards using existing templates
Test and validate new ad strategies under client direction
Communicate clearly with internal and client teams to provide updates, insights, and recommendations
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who can balance executional excellence with strategic thinking — a person who enjoys data but also understands the creative side of performance marketing.
Must-Haves:
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of paid social KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rate, etc.)
Experience running paid campaigns for product-led or B2B SaaS companies
Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills for analytics and reporting
Familiarity with Slack and Gmail for communication
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Availability to work PST hours
Nice-to-Haves:
1+ year of TikTok or Snap Ads experience
Experience using Notion for project tracking or task management
Familiarity with productivity or software-related campaigns
Background in creative strategy and ad performance analysis
Agency experience or exposure to managing high-volume campaign portfolios

Compensation
₱60,000 – ₱80,000/month (commensurate with experience)
