GrowthAssistant is looking for a Senior Technical SEO Specialist for our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate address technical issues such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability, optimizes website structure, meta tags, URLs, and content, drives organic link-building for client websites, researches and analyzes the relevant keyword universe and prioritizes which categories/classes as well as develops reporting; Monitor website performance, tracks keyword rankings, and analyzes traffic and conversion data. Assist in acquiring backlinks from reputable yoga/wellness websites, directories, and influencers, study and more.

The Role

Website Optimization:
- Optimize structure, meta tags, URLs, and content.
- Research and prioritize keywords.
- Make on-page recommendations.
Organic Link Building:
- Drive link building efforts.
- Acquire backlinks from relevant sites and influencers.
- Report on link building efficiency.
Competitor Analysis:
- Research competitor content and keywords.
Technical SEO Support:
- Address technical issues like site speed and mobile-friendliness.
- Develop reporting on website performance.
Data Analysis:
- Pull data from keyword research and performance tools.
- Investigate SEO metric fluctuations.
- Provide basic reporting on page performance.
Collaboration and Learning:
- Collaborate on SEO-friendly content.
- Support implementation of SEO tools.
- Study ASO for App Store Optimization.

The Requirements:

3+ years' technical and organic SEO expertise
2+ years optimizing SEO and analyzing its impact on business
2+ years using Ahrefs, SEMRush, or similar tools
Proficient in English, proactive communicator, experience with U.S. clients
