GrowthAssistant is looking for a Facebook Ads Specialist for our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate helps launching and optimizing Meta ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and creating detailed reports to guide strategy. The Role

  • Launch and manage new Meta ad campaigns from scratch, including A/B testing to identify successful strategies.
  • Independently optimize Meta campaigns based on data trends (ROAS, CTR, CPM) to drive business results.
  • Proactively recommend new best practices to clients based on data analysis and industry trends.
  • Monitor, track, and export performance data, identifying challenges and sharing insights on ad effectiveness.
  • Build comprehensive reports in Excel or Google Sheets, utilizing advanced formulas, functions, graphs, charts, and pivot tables for daily, weekly, and monthly client updates.
  • Test new ad copy and creative assets, particularly when introducing new products or services.
  • Assist in the development of new ad channels as needed, such as TikTok.
  • Collect ad content, assets, and copy from cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients through instant messaging, video calls, email, and project management tools.
  • Identify, report, and provide feedback to the creative team on successful creative tests.

Must Have:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns, preferably with a focus on direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands or budgets of $50K+.
  • Familiarity with Northbeam and or 3rd party attribution platforms.
  • Expertise in analyzing Meta ads data, calculating key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPM), and making proactive optimization recommendations.
  • Experience building new reports in Excel or Google Sheets to display paid media performance and trends over time.
  • Proven ability to monitor and optimize ad spend on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, making budget allocation adjustments as needed.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in fluent English.
  • Proactive daily communication via Slack, email, and video calls, with a bias for action to enhance ad performance.
  • Demonstrated success working with U.S.-based clients in previous roles.
  • Ability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
  • Data analysis experience for performance reporting and campaign optimization.
  • Passion for creative strategy with an understanding of market trends.
  • Previous experience working with DTC e-commerce brands.
  • Ability to work EST

Nice to Have:
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns on other platforms (e.g., TikTok, Pintrest).
  • Familiarity with Notion for project tracking and team administration.
  • Experience creating SOPs and structured daily/weekly processes for campaign management.
