Salary Range: PHP 70,000 - 100,000 per month

Core Tasks
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) when it comes to current and competitive design ideas, strategies, and execution - you will give suggestions and truly “own” design for this client.
- You have a strong visual eye and the ability to apply brand guidelines and visuals across platforms.
- You will be the sole person thinking up new design ideas, and executing on these designs - you will be a hands-on designer, and will identify and execute new areas of opportunity,
- Design graphics for this U.S.-based client, completing social media ads, newsletter graphics, and PowerPoint presentation designs.
- You will deeply own and understand social media platforms such as how it work, what kind of design does well on what platforms and you would design with that in mind.
- Post the content and designs to social media sites (X and LinkedIn, Meta in the future) across 2 different user accounts/profiles.
- Use Hypefury and Typefully to schedule social media posts across platforms automatically; manually schedule posts as well.
- Video/podcast editing/design - adjust volume, audio polishing, and add design (videos are from Zoom). This will be something your U.S.-based client can teach you.
- Stitch and edit short video and GIF content for digital campaigns across channels.
- Create decks and/or visually enhance internal docs/proposals/presentations.
- Edit and iterate off existing creative assets (crop, resize, text overlays, etc.).
- Provide feedback on design styles that could be optimized, improved, or changed.
- You will use Notion, Google Docs, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other technology in this role.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience partnering with U.S.-based clients to design social media ads, newsletter graphics, and PowerPoint presentations
- Prior experience posting to social media channels (this client posts to X and LinkedIn, but you do not need to have this prior experience)
- 1+ year of experience completing admin-type work such as reporting on social media data.
- You are experienced in proofreading for capitalization, grammar, and overall readability, taking a highly detailed approach.
- You are well-organized and have a project-management type of process you own and employ to drive results.
- You are comfortable with and really enjoy providing recommendations, and new ideas, and offering feedback on design concepts and ideas based on your expertise.
- You meet with your U.S.-based clients a few times per week, collaborating on design ideas
- You have an entrepreneurial style, thinking outside the box and proposing solutions
- You are adaptable, flexible, comfortable taking on new tasks, changing priorities, and ad-hoc requests
- Ability to work CST
Nice to have
- Experience with Adobe for video editing (After Effects, Premier Pro)
- Experience working with early-stage startups is nice to have
- Familiarity with GMail and Slack for team communication
- Canva design experience
Grow-into:
- Reporting in Google Sheets (Twitter impressions, new downloads, collecting posts/views)
