                    GrowthAssistant is looking for a Paid Media Specialist who’s both analytical and creative — someone who can manage and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, or other platforms. You’ll handle the full campaign cycle from setup and QA to reporting and optimization, ensuring every ad drives meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, QA, and launch campaigns following established structures, budgets, and naming conventions
- Monitor pacing and performance (ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, CVR)
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, ad sets, and audiences
- Maintain accurate reports, spend trackers, and documentation
- Communicate proactively with teams via Slack, email, and video calls
- Provide data-based recommendations to improve performance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Meta Ads experience (LinkedIn, TikTok, or Snapchat experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of paid media metrics and optimization best practices
- Skilled in Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and analysis
- Excellent English communication and experience working with U.S.-based clients
- Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns
Preferred Experience
- Agency background or multi-brand account management
- Familiarity with Slack, Asana, Notion, or Airtable
- Basic Canva or Figma design skills
- Exposure to creative testing and strategy
