This is a remote, full-time role for experienced Filipino digital marketers who excel at managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat, and other platforms.

What You’ll Do- Build, QA, and launch paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
- Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, CVR metrics
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and placements
- Maintain accurate campaign reports, spend trackers, and documentation
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve ad performance and results
- Collaborate daily via Slack, Asana, and video calls with U.S.-based teams
What You’ll Bring- 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (LinkedIn, TikTok, or Snapchat a plus)
- Strong understanding of paid media KPIs and optimization strategies
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and analysis
- Excellent English communication skills and experience working with U.S. clients
- Highly organized, analytical, and proactive with campaign management
Nice to Have- Agency experience or multi-brand account management background
- Familiarity with Slack, Asana, Notion, or Airtable
- Basic Canva or Figma design experience
- Exposure to creative testing and performance strategy
