The Role:
Campaign & Program Management
- Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to help achieve quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare clear and detailed production briefs to support campaign execution.
- Oversee multiple programs simultaneously while ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables are met.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Manage communication and alignment across teams, including creative studios and operational partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for execution teams, providing context around audience segmentation and targeting.
- Review creative assets and provide feedback to ensure alignment with campaign briefs and objectives.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze lifecycle program performance across channels.
- Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Use data to inform optimizations and improve future campaign performance.
The Requirements:
- 3+ years in lifecycle marketing, email, and CRM.
- End-to-end email marketing experience: build → QA → launch.
- Proficient with marketing automation/ESP platforms (Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, SFMC, HubSpot).
- Strong knowledge of customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization.
- 1+ year managing cross-functional marketing campaigns.
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and lifecycle campaign execution.
