Core Tasks:
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews for email campaigns and flows, ensuring accuracy in branding, copy, targeting, and technical setup.
- Review and QA email configurations for dynamic content (e.g., Liquid tags) to ensure proper personalization.
- Manage and execute CRM campaign tactics, including email, in-app banners, and push notifications.
- Maintain and update campaign documentation, including tracking tickets, campaign overviews, and QA reports.
- Flag SLA violations, QA misses, and other issues to team leads.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure campaigns adhere to CAN-SPAM and other regulations.
The Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with an ESP platform (Braze preferred, but Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar is acceptable).
- 1+ years of experience in QA-specific tasks for CRM campaigns.
- Proficiency with JIRA (or similar), Slack, G-Suite, and CRM systems (email, push, in-app messaging).
- Familiarity with HTML to troubleshoot dynamic email tags and templates.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with dynamic email scripting (Liquid, JSON, or similar).
- Experience with app-centric clients or high-volume email marketing operations.
- Intermediate HTML experience for troubleshooting email rendering issues.
