Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional looking for an opportunity to support a fast-paced executive? We are seeking an Operations/Executive Assistant to provide editorial, administrative, and marketing support to our CEO. This role requires a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Salary Range: PHP 60,000 - 70,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Key Responsibilities
Editorial Support
- Publish the article of the day, ensuring proper formatting and uploading in the CMS (Contentful).
- Run articles through Grammarly and document suggestions using Google Docs (in suggestion mode).
- Source and upload images for articles (archival or editor-provided).
- Create Instagram feed and story cards using pre-existing Photoshop templates, offering multiple design options for editorial approval.
- Assist with posting content across multiple platforms, including Firebase, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Create and refine “title,” “tweet,” and “quote” cards using pre-existing Photoshop templates.
- Update the editorial planning sheet with links to published content and social media posts.
Scheduling & Administrative Tasks
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule important meetings, and block time for high-priority tasks.
- Assist with email management by organizing the inbox, identifying key emails, and clearing out spam.
- Support daily team communication, ensuring writers and editors meet deadlines (e.g., follow up on missing titles or assets).
Marketing Support
- Track Facebook ad acquisitions and spend; report performance metrics in Slack.
- Post daily 6 PM social media updates.
Weekly & Monthly Tasks
- Update metrics sheet using Google Analytics, Stripe, and Mailchimp analytics.
- Assist with scheduling personal dinners or meetings for the CEO.
- Pull data for the monthly investor update.
- Maintain accurate records of newsletter sponsors by subscribing to and documenting sponsors from relevant newsletters (e.g., Morning Brew, The Skimm, The Information).
- Help plan monthly team events.
Long-Term Projects
- Research potential newsletter sponsors and create a database of leads.
- Identify potential interns or fellows by reviewing college newspaper mastheads.
- Maintain an organized list of investor and close friend birthdays and addresses for gift planning.
- Assist with planning 2–3 week-long vacations for the CEO annually.
Must Haves
- Experience: 2+ years of experience reporting directly to a C-Suite executive.
- Skills: Excellent grasp of English, strong communication skills, and intermediate Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Traits: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Extras: Experience with social media platforms and the ability to handle both structured and open-ended tasks.
- Availability: Must be able to work EST (New York Time).
Nice to Have
- Experience with Photoshop.
