GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Email Marketing QA Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the quality assurance of CRM campaigns, ensuring accuracy and compliance across various channels. This role requires a strong eye for detail, technical troubleshooting skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver error-free campaigns.

The Schedule:
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST/CST
Must-Have Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with an ESP platform (Braze preferred, but Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar is acceptable).
1+ years of experience in QA-specific tasks for CRM campaigns.
Proficiency with JIRA (or similar), Slack, G-Suite, and CRM systems (email, push, in-app messaging).
Familiarity with HTML for troubleshooting dynamic email tags and templates.
Understanding of CAN-SPAM and other email compliance regulations.
Core Tasks:
Conduct QA reviews for CRM campaigns, verifying branding, copy accuracy, targeting, and technical setup.
Review and validate email configurations for dynamic content (e.g., Liquid tags) to ensure accurate personalization.
Execute and manage CRM campaign tactics, including email, push notifications, and in-app banners.
Maintain detailed documentation for campaign tracking, QA reports, and campaign overviews.
Identify and escalate SLA violations, QA errors, and other issues to team leads for resolution.
