GrowthAssistant is looking for a Paid Media Strategist to join our team and support one of our US-based clients in the digital marketing industry. In this role, you’ll help execute SEM campaign setup, monitor, and provide the needed reports to the stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in paid search/search engine marketing and who enjoys digging into data and research to support growth in marketing goals.

Core Tasks:

  • Independently optimize Google campaigns based on data trends from ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc. 
  • Run & optimize Google ad campaigns for: (Choose: Search, Display, Performance Max (PMax), Shopping, Video, others) 
  • Monitor, export, track, and identify common Google ads challenges, and proactively report on what is and is not working with the client 
  • Monitor analytics and adjust according to client direction/parameters – client to provide prescriptive direction and ongoing oversight
  • Utilize research and SEO best practices to optimize keywords across platforms
  • Collect ads content, assets, and copy from cross-functional marketing teams 
  • Utilize instant messaging, video calls, email, and project management software to communicate proactively and consistently with clients
  • Perform keyword optimization per client's directives
  • Populate and maintain templated reporting and dashboarding as directed/provided by the client

Must-haves:

  • 3+ years of experience with Google Ads - paid search
  • Experience with SEMRush
  • Experience with O365, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Basic experience with Google Analytics (Google Analytics 4 strongly preferred - GA to provide training on GA4, if necessary)
  • Experience managing different clients/campaigns (i.e. agency background preferred)
  • Recent graveyard shift experience and amenable to work following the U.S. business hours

  • Facebook Ads - basic knowledge
  • Microsoft Ads - basic knowledge
  • Instagram/TikTok Ads - basic knowledge
  • Landing Page Optimization - Basic experience updating and optimizing copy for landing pages
  • Ad copy Optimization - Basic experience updating and optimizing copy for ads


Growth Into:

  • Proactively recommend new best practices to the client on recommended optimizations
  • Provide basic insights and trends on core reports - client to provide training
  • Propose ideas for misc. paid search experiments with associated thoughtful/logical hypothesis
  • Run A/B tests

SALARY RANGE: PHP80,000 - PHP95,000/mo (USD8-9.5/hr)
