EA/Project Management Assistant

Full Time

We are looking for an energetic and experienced EA/Project Management Assistant who will help our clients with their daily operations, business, and personal-related tasks. The Role

  • Calendar management (i.e. booking meetings, Zoom calls, appointments, etc.)
  • Take meeting notes and prepare dossiers for key meetings
  • Daily agenda management (i.e. top of day email, daily prep for meetings, key task reminders, etc.)
  • Organizing Asana (or other similar project mgt. tool) Board (i.e tag in stakeholders that are involved, request additional info if it’s lacking, prioritize against other stakeholders, etc.)
  • Weekly Reporting - once the dashboard is created & processes are stood up, pull performance weekly & send it out to the team
  • Check with key stakeholders regularly to get feedback on team’s processes & understand where their teams are focused so we can get visibility into what may be coming
  • Contacts Management – organize and update your contacts so your network will grow more
  • Ad hoc data exports and dashboard updates - client to provide templates


The Requirements


  • 2+ years experience with G Suite a must-have
  • Experience with Slack or similar
  • 2+ years of Google Sheets or Excel experience is a must-have (intermediate experience)
  • 2+ years experience with Asana or other project mgt. tool is a must-have
  • Experience with Docusign or similar, Calendly or similar



  • 1+ years experience with a CRM (Hubspot preferred)
  • Light social media support (organic posts only) - client to provide creative and copy
  • Light design (ability to polish collateral in Canva or similar)



  • Ghostwrite outreach notes to ICP using templates/scripts provided by client
  • Overall CRM administration and maintenance - client to provide prescriptive direction
  • Templated email outreach and response using Mixmax or similar - client to provide templates/scripts and goals.
