The Role
- Launch and manage new Meta ad campaigns from scratch, including A/B testing to identify winning strategies.
- Independently optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPM) to maximize results.
- Provide proactive recommendations to clients based on data trends and industry best practices.
- Monitor, track, and analyze performance data; share insights on challenges and opportunities.
- Build advanced performance reports in Excel or Google Sheets (using formulas, functions, pivot tables, graphs/charts) for daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
- Test new ad copy and creative assets, especially for new product/service launches.
- Collaborate with creative teams by providing feedback on winning ad tests.
- Support the development of new ad channels (e.g., TikTok) as needed.
- Gather ad content, assets, and copy from cross-functional marketing teams.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients through Slack, email, video calls, and project management tools.
The Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns, ideally for DTC brands or budgets of $50K+.
- Strong understanding of attribution tools (Northbeam or similar 3rd-party platforms).
- Proven expertise in analyzing Meta ads data and proactively making optimization decisions.
- Advanced reporting skills in Excel or Google Sheets (including pivot tables, charts, and formulas).
- Demonstrated ability to manage and adjust budgets daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Excellent communication skills in fluent English (written and verbal).
- Comfortable with proactive daily communication via Slack, email, and video calls.
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients.
- Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for performance-driven marketing.
- Background working with DTC e-commerce brands.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing campaigns on TikTok, Pinterest, or other paid social platforms.
- Familiarity with Notion for project tracking and team organization.
- Experience creating SOPs and structured processes for campaign management.
The Compensation
- ₱80,000 to ₱90,000/month
