GrowthAssistant is looking for a Paid Social Media Manager for our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate plays a pivotal role in executing and optimizing our paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen understanding of digital trends to effectively reach and engage our target audience.

The Role
- Full cycle of paid ads: strategizing, building ads, launching ads, monitoring KPIs/metrics, optimizing ads, analyzing ads performance data, and providing recommendations and insights to the client
- Support planning and execution across user acquisition channels, including Facebook/IG, TikTok, Pinterest, and more.
- Draw insights from data to guide your decisions on optimizations and spend allocation in paid media spend.
- Quality control to ensure standards are up to client expectations, naming conventions, ad copy, and deadlines.
- Ad loading - building out the ads properly, setting up the ads in the account, ad copy is aligned with the creatives
- Reporting/Trend Analysis - The client to provide metrics and templates.
- Generate and track UTMs across campaigns.
- Continuously optimize ad performance based on real-time data, adjusting targeting, bidding, and creative elements for maximum effectiveness.
The Requirements
- Proven experience in managing paid social campaigns
- Proficient in analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to derive insights from data
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot, VLookUp, etc.)
- Has an understanding of the following:
- media metrics, formulas, and the ability to analyze data for insights
- basic marketing concepts, such as calculating ROAS by formula or defining click-through rate
- Proactive, whatever-it-takes attitude and possess a solid grasp of digital marketing, enabling them to navigate the social ads manager platform efficiently with a keen eye for detail and the ability to extract meaningful insights from account data.
- Proficiency in ads manager and social media platforms / advertising tools.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
