Core Responsibilities:
  • Design and build KPI dashboards in Looker Studio from scratch, connecting multiple data sources across paid, owned, and earned channels. 
  • Integrate data from Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to automate reporting.
  • Track and visualize key marketing metrics, including CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, conversion rate, and campaign performance.
  • Maintain and evolve dashboards as new products, campaigns, and marketing channels launch.
  • Partner with the Head of Growth to define KPIs, reporting cadence, and data visualization needs.
  • Document dashboard logic, data sources, and calculations for long-term scalability.
  • Perform ad hoc data pulls and analysis to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities.

Must-have Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data visualization.
  • Proficiency in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).
  • Deep familiarity with DTC/eCommerce data from Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript, and paid ad platforms.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Excellent data accuracy, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and managing multiple evolving priorities.

Nice-to-have Qualifications: 
  • Experience with SQL or database querying.
  • Background in DTC or eCommerce analytics roles.
  • Experience setting up data connectors or APIs for marketing platforms.
