Core Responsibilities:
- Design and build KPI dashboards in Looker Studio from scratch, connecting multiple data sources across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Integrate data from Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to automate reporting.
- Track and visualize key marketing metrics, including CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV, conversion rate, and campaign performance.
- Maintain and evolve dashboards as new products, campaigns, and marketing channels launch.
- Partner with the Head of Growth to define KPIs, reporting cadence, and data visualization needs.
- Document dashboard logic, data sources, and calculations for long-term scalability.
- Perform ad hoc data pulls and analysis to identify performance trends and optimization opportunities.
Must-have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data visualization.
- Proficiency in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio).
- Deep familiarity with DTC/eCommerce data from Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript, and paid ad platforms.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, etc.).
- Excellent data accuracy, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and managing multiple evolving priorities.
Nice-to-have Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL or database querying.
- Background in DTC or eCommerce analytics roles.
- Experience setting up data connectors or APIs for marketing platforms.
