We are looking for an energetic and experienced Multimedia Design Specialist who will help our clients with their daily operations, business, and personal-related tasks. THE ROLE:
- CORE TASKS:
- Design graphics for social media marketing ads (primarily); display ads, landing pages, and other marketing materials (secondarily)
- Edit and iterate off existing creative assets (crop, resize, text overlays, etc.)
- Follow creative briefs or other prescriptive directions to generate desired visual outcomes in an autonomous fashion
- Create decks and/or visually enhance internal docs/proposals/presentations (i.e. Infographics, project templates, sales decks, 1-sheets, proposal docs, etc.)
- Light animation/motion graphic applications (based on client-provided brief)
- Design e-mails and landing pages (using existing design systems and modules)
- Additional tasks as assigned
- New graphic/static design: 40%
- Light animation: 15%
- Video-editing: 15%
- Iterations/resizing/touch-ups: 30%
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of design experience using Adobe Suite of design tools (primarily Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
- Experience designing from established Brand Guidelines and Creative Briefs
- Experience with motion and animation (basic to intermediate proficiency ok)
- Able to work in any US Timezones (PST/CST/EST)
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience with Figma is a nice-to-have
GROW-INTO:
- Create new designs from scratch - creative briefs provided by the client
SOFT SKILLS:
- Highly responsive
- Keen ability to context shift and move seamlessly b/w different projects
- Ability to manage timeline/priorities (especially when they change/shift)
- Proactive comms and ability to accept constructive feedback
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage files appropriately
