Email Marketer – Klaviyo
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to manage the end-to-end execution of email campaigns across a portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, ideal for someone who enjoys working in Klaviyo, managing multiple brands, and optimizing email performance at scale.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns and automations are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with broader marketing and retention strategies.
Salary Range: PHP 70,000 - 90,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns across multiple DTC brands using Klaviyo, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Build, QA, launch, and monitor promotional campaigns, triggered flows, and lifecycle automations.
Maintain and update flows, segmentation, and creative assets across 10+ brands.
Coordinate with internal brand and growth stakeholders to collect briefs, copy, and creative assets for scheduled sends.
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including open rate, CTR, conversion rate, and revenue per send.
Track campaign performance in Google Sheets to support reporting and insights across the brand portfolio.
Align email calendars with promotions, launches, and retention initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
Identify inefficiencies or repetitive manual tasks and recommend automation or process improvements.
Communicate campaign progress and results via Slack, Notion, and regular video check-ins with US-based team members.
Required Qualifications
2–3 years of hands-on experience executing email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo.
Proven ability to manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, unsubscribe rate, revenue per send).
Experience working with Shopify-integrated Klaviyo accounts.
Proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
Exceptional attention to detail, especially in QA of templates, links, and dynamic content.
Clear and proactive written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work U.S. business hours.
Nice to Have
Experience editing or building email templates (HTML or drag-and-drop tools).
Familiarity with Notion, Slack, and reporting or BI tools.
Exposure to SMS marketing or additional retention channels beyond email.
