We’re looking for a performance-driven Senior Meta Media Buyer to lead Meta ad campaign strategy, execution, and optimization for a high-spend account. This role requires deep experience in paid social, real-time data analysis, and proactive client communication aligned with U.S. time zones.

The Schedule:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
Must-Have Qualifications:
3+ years of Meta Ads experience including setup, optimization, and data-based recommendations
Proven track record managing $100K+ monthly ad budgets
Strong grasp of paid media KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPM) and ability to analyze and report on performance
Advanced skills in building real-time reports in Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with experience collaborating with U.S.-based clients
Core Tasks and Responsibilities:
Launch and A/B test Meta campaigns from scratch to optimize performance
Independently analyze campaign metrics and apply real-time optimizations
Provide proactive, data-backed strategy recommendations to clients
Build detailed reports using spreadsheets with advanced functions, graphs, and pivot tables
Communicate daily through Slack, email, and video calls while collaborating with cross-functional teams
