GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator - Paid Social to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for improving paid social media campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. To effectively reach and engage our target audience, this position demands a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong knowledge of digital trends.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST

The Role:

  • Support planning and execution across user acquisition channels, including Facebook/IG, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
  • Draw insights from data to guide decisions on optimizations and spending allocation in paid media.
  • Apply full-funnel thinking to understand consumer mindsets and strategically approach campaigns.
  • Organize notes, action items, and assets across various platforms like Google Drive, Excel, Slack, and Looker.
  • Ensure quality control to meet client expectations, including adherence to naming conventions, ad copy alignment, and deadlines.
  • Continuously optimize ad performance by adjusting targeting, bidding, and creative elements based on real-time data analysis.

The Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with FB/IG (Meta) and TikTok ads
  • E-commerce knowledge
  • Familiarity with Meta Advantage Shopping Campaigns
  • Strong understanding of media metrics, formulas, and basic marketing concepts; proactive and detail-oriented with proven experience in managing paid social campaigns

Nice to have:

  • Google and/or FB certifications
  • Experience with Google Data Studio (or similar data platform) is a nice-to-have
  • Basic experience with Motion or creative/media buyer analyicts platform is a nice-to-have
  • Experience working w/ multiple clients (at the same time)
  • Some experience in SEO would be great (not a priority)

The Compensation:

  • ₱55,000 to ₱95,000/month
