We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to help manage priorities, streamline workflows, and ensure smooth collaboration across teams. If you enjoy turning plans into action and making sure nothing slips through the cracks, this role is for you!


Salary Range:  PHP 70,000 - 85,000 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Core Responsibilities

  • Client Management & Communication
    • Participate in client calls, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-through on action items.
    • Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients and internal team members.
    • Prepare call agendas, summaries, and status updates.
  • Project Coordination
    • Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflow across client projects.
    • Assign tasks, track progress, and identify potential delays or risks.
    • Ensure projects remain organized and aligned with client expectations.
  • Operations & Administrative Support
    • Organize client-related documentation and maintain project management systems.
    • Support the CEO/Founder with scheduling, communication, and project follow-ups.
    • Assist in preparing client-facing materials, proposals, or presentations.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Review deliverables for completeness and accuracy before sharing with clients.
    • Monitor deadlines and ensure all tasks stay on track.
Must Have:
  • Proven experience in project or account management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable participating in client calls and presenting updates
  • Familiar with / comfortable with working with AI tools and solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience supporting coaches, consultants, or service-based businesses.
  • Familiarity with client onboarding and account health monitoring.
  • Previous experience in managing creative, content, or coaching-related projects.
  • Ability to draft or polish client-facing materials (emails, recaps, briefs, light presentations).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate client needs.

Tech Stack / Tools
Candidates should be familiar with or able to quickly learn tools such as:
  • Project Management: Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar
  • Communication: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
  • Documentation & Collaboration: Google Docs/Sheets, Notion
  • CRM (Nice-to-Have): HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Scheduling: Calendly or other scheduling platforms
