Static and Video Designer (Beauty Brand)

 GrowthAssistant is looking for creative and experienced Static and Video Designers! This role revolves in creating static and short/long-form videos for our client-partner's growing business.

Core Tasks:

•  Design for ad sets, social, landing pages, email, brochures, etc. (multiple versions for collateral)
• Edit and iterate off existing creative assets (crop, resize, text overlays, etc.)
• Create decks and visually enhance internal docs and presentations
• Build templates for web page layouts/design; pamphlets and collateral materials for salons and barber shops
• Utilize Google shared doc and trackers for project status updates
• Add file to Drive, tag, and organize per relevant brand product
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team
• Collaboration in Canva 

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of graphics designing (static-focused)
• 1+ years experience in video editing
• Experience with Adobe Suite for graphic design (Photoshop and Illustrator) - or similar
• Experience in Canva
• Experience in Figma  
• With strong attention to detail
• With recent graveyard shift experience and amenable to work on Eastern Time Zone

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Beauty/Luxury Beauty industry (strong preference)
• Experience in Direct Response - understand best practices for ad creative and email design
• Experience with Shopify and PageFly​​​​​​​
• Background in UI/UX is a plus

Salary Range:  PHP 75,000 - 85,000 per month
