The Role

  • Pull Lists - use tools like Seamless.ai (or Zoominfo), Cartinsights.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. to build prospective outreach lists
  • Qualify Prospects (to ensure they fit within client’s $10M+ in Revenue
  • Preferably on Shopify or BigCommerce; Secondary Platforms - NetSuite or Magento
  • Optional: actively hiring for ecommerce manager, marketing, etc.
  • GA4 installed
  • Research Contacts (minimum of 3 per company)
  • Document interests, affiliations, passions, etc.
  • Cold email/LinkedIn - client to provide templates (email outreach only)
  • Invites to upcoming events
  • Schedule and participate in Lunch and Learns
  • Post organic content on client’s social media platforms according to content calendar - client to provide creative and copy and content calendar
  • Engage with prospects across LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, etc. and respond accordingly/appropriately using templates/scripts provided by the client

 

The Requirements

MUST-HAVE:

  • 1+ year(s) of experience of lead generation/profiling using Seamless.ai or similar tools
  • Experience with G Suite
  • Prior experience administering organic social media content
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Can work on the graveyard and/or mid-shift following the US Eastern Time

 

NICE-TO-HAVE:

  • 1+ year(s) of experience using Hootsuite or other content calendar platforms
  • Experience with event coordination or logistics

GROW-INTO:

  • Topical Content - Research potential social media content based on prescriptive direction and themes provided by the client
  • Checklists/Worksheets - leveraging existing content to develop actionable checklists/worksheets to use as lead magnets with client training and clear, prescriptive direction 
  • Co-Marketing/Event Coordination in a supportive capacity
  • Drive/Fly Market Partner Event Planning in a supportive capacity
  • Brainstorm ideas to collaborate with partners
  • Brainstorm creative ways to connect w/ qualified contacts

PRIMARY KPI's:

  • # of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) passed to Sales Director & Solutions Architect
  • SQLs converted to opportunities

SECONDARY KPIs:

  • Performance and Volume of Content Created for Marketing Director
  • Presence and activity in relevant forums
  • # of Qualified Partnership prospects passed to Sales Director
