GrowthAssistant is looking for an Organic Social Media Associate for our growth marketing team. This teammate helps create social media copy from a strategic outline, manage podcast content, create podcast questions, send emails to subscribers, and more.

The Role

Reach out and schedule an invite to potential podcast guests
Ability to create podcast interview questions using ChatGPT
Manage podcast content using platforms like Anchor and Squarespace.
Create social media copy from a strategic outline
Organize scheduling of social media posts with Hootsuite
Draft email copy and upload it into a template with Mailchimp
Send emails to subscribers

Must-Have:

Female Candidate
Experience with ChatGPT or other AI tool
1+ year experience with MailChimp
Experience with Hootsuite or similar tool
Experience with Slack and Google Workspace
Experience with Monday.com or a similar tool
Ability to work Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm PST

Nice to Have:

Experience with Anchor or similar podcast platform
