The Role
- Own customer interactions across live chat, tickets, email, and social media, delivering friendly and proactive support.
- Respond to live chats within 15 seconds and tickets within 15 minutes when on shift.
- Provide pre-sales advice, manage order follow-through, and troubleshoot post-sales issues, including returns.
- Build close relationships with 3PL fulfillment centers to resolve issues promptly.
- Recommend and implement solutions-based CX processes.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and social media feedback, addressing issues and maintaining a positive brand presence.
- Drive engaging, positive social media interactions to build community and reputation.
- Research, build, and manage affiliate prospect lists and outreach efforts, maintaining strong affiliate relationships.
The Requirements
MUST-HAVE:
- Experience as a CX operator across multiple channels with a proactive approach to customer support.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to navigate multiple systems to resolve issues.
- Proven remote work experience and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including 3PL partners.
- Experience monitoring and replying to reviews and social media, with an engaging, customer-focused approach.
- Ability to turn around negative experiences into positive outcomes.
- No prior affiliate experience needed, but a strong interest in learning and managing affiliate relationships.
