Digital Marketing Assistant - General

GrowthAssistant is looking for a General Digital Marketing Assistant for our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate will co-create and execute a content calendar - the client to provide a content calendar platform and support in the initial creation of content themes, timing, etc.
To research engaging information by delving into data, insights, and secrets to uncover valuable and unique perspectives and more.

• Post organic content on social platforms (LinkedIn + X via HubSpot) - client to provide copy and creative.

• Monthly website scraping on member firms’ blogs (links provided)
• Closed Deal marketing motions - work with the internal team, updating member profiles and conducting email outreach.
• Buyer Calculator - pull data and create/email PDFs (templated email copy)
• Slack the company daily in the “Social Shares” slack channel.
• Populate How did you hear about us data in spreadsheet (or, could be done in salesforce daily)
• Creating & updating collateral using existing templates
• Create redirects for any links with 404s.
• Ad-Hoc Project Work:
• Acquisition campaigns:
• Claim your profile experiment.
• Prospect in news → send a templated note.
• Member uploads tombstone w/ a prospect → send a templated note.
• Adding descriptions to old tombstones on the website
• Building nurture campaigns
• Creating new Case Studies

• Ability to work EST.
• Familiarity with the following software/tools:
  - Slack
  - SFDC (Salesforce)
  - WordPress
  - HubSpot
  - Google Suite
