📌 Join our Global Marketing Operations Team!

We’re looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Marketing Vendor & Reporting Analyst to support our marketing teams with vendor onboarding, PO creation, financial tracking, and documentation management. If you love optimizing processes, working with data, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned, this role is for you.

🌟 In this role, you’ll work across multiple marketing teams, vendors, and finance stakeholders to streamline vendor onboarding, ensure accurate purchase order creation, support invoice pre-approval, and monitor spend through Looker dashboards. You’ll be the operational backbone that keeps marketing initiatives moving efficiently and compliantly.

📍 Work Setup
   •   100% Remote
   •   Starts at PHP 65,000 per month
   •   Full-time | Central European Time

🛠️ Workflow Core Responsibilities

Vendor Management & Onboarding
   •   Manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process by collecting NDAs, MSAs, and compliance docs.
   •   Coordinate across Marketing, Legal, Procurement, and vendor contacts.
   •   Upload and manage documents within internal systems.
Purchase Orders & Financial Operations
   •   Consolidate PO requests across marketing teams and create accurate purchase orders.
   •   Communicate approval status with vendors and internal stakeholders.
   •   Partner with Accounts Payable to pre-approve invoices aligned with PO guidelines.
Reporting & Spend Tracking
   •   Build Looker Explores to track spend per PO.
   •   Monitor for overspend or unutilized budget balances and flag issues proactively.
   •   Maintain organized, updated SOPs for PO, vendor, and reporting workflows.

🎯 Must-Haves

   •   Experience creating and running reports for marketing, operations, or finance teams.
   •   Intermediate to expert Google Sheets/Excel skills (advanced formulas, multi-sheet logic, data cleaning).
   •   Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
   •   Comfortable using Google Workspace and Slack.
   •   Ability to work Central European Time.

🌟 Nice-to-Have

   •   Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
   •   Familiarity with data visualization tools.
   •   Background in PO or vendor management.
   •   SQL knowledge (basic → advanced).

💸 Compensation and Benefits

Monthly Salary: starts at PHP 65,000
Attendance Bonus: $25 per month for perfect attendance
