The Email Marketing Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client strategies. The Schedule:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
Core Tasks:
Set up and manage advertising campaigns in Hopper's platform
Collect creative assets and specifications from clients
Take screenshots of ad placements for client approval
Handle basic client creative requirements and troubleshooting
Ensure ads are properly displayed and functioning
Make simple adjustments to creative assets as needed
Document campaign setup with appropriate screenshots
Verify ads meet technical specifications before launch
Must Have:
2+ years post-college experience managing advertising campaigns, creative, and ad trafficking systems
Experience with ad serving platforms and campaign management
Technical proficiency in troubleshooting creative assets and sending push notifications
Experience taking screenshots, adjusting image sizes, and creating mock-ups
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow documented processes with attention to detail
Excellent follow-through and ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels
Ability to work EST hours.
Nice to Have:
Experience in media publishing or travel/hospitality industries
Knowledge of creative optimization best practices
Experience with cross-channel campaign coordination
