GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Email Marketing and Organic Social who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is HubSpot-savvy, and has a knack for email marketing and social media management. You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing to drive demand through well-executed email campaigns, event promotions, and social media strategies that generate leads and book meetings.

The Schedule
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
The Role
Event Marketing & Coordination (50%)
- Research industry events following provided guidelines
- Present research for review and selection of events
- Identify event audiences and coordinate with hosts to submit logos, company bios, and complete necessary forms
- Manage timelines to ensure timely submissions and follow-ups
- Coordinate booth logistics (dimensions, placements, vendor communication)
- Ensure payments for events are tracked and processed (but not making the payments themselves)
Email Marketing (30%)
- Execute email campaigns around events and promotions using HubSpot
- Set up and QA drip and nurture campaigns (copy & creative provided)
- Pull performance reports on campaigns and recommend improvements
- Conduct A/B testing to identify what resonates best
- Maintain a clean contact list and monitor unsubscribe trends
Social Media Management (10%)
- Manage and schedule organic social posts (mainly LinkedIn)
- Follow provided content calendar and templates
- Engage with the community within the client’s provided framework
- Track engagement and performance
Other (10%)
- Monitor analytics and report on campaign performance
- Keep track of project statuses using GSheets or a project management tool
- Scan competitor activity for potential content ideas
The Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with HubSpot marketing (email campaign setup, reporting, QA)
- Proven experience running end-to-end email campaigns
- Experience with social media scheduling and engagement (LinkedIn preferred)
- Strong reporting skills (campaign performance, demand tracking, deal stage/lifecycle reporting)
- Familiarity with GSheets, Excel, and project management tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Ability to work PST
Nice To Have
- Basic copywriting skills
- Familiarity with Gmail and Google Suite
- Experience supporting event marketing and logistics coordination
The Compensation
- ₱80,000 to ₱90,000/month
