Digital Media Specialist (Paid Social and Search) + 300USD Sign On Bonus

GrowthAssistant is looking for an experienced Digital Media Specialist (Paid Social and Search) to take ownership of our client's paid search and social strategies. 

Offer range: PHP 70,000- 85,000/mo

Core Tasks:

• Execute Google Paid Ads
• Build, monitor and optimize (w/in parameters/guidelines) across social platforms:  FB/IG and TikTok - client to provide parameters for optimization
• Monitor analytics and adjust according to client direction/parameters, basic QA, etc. - client to provide prescriptive direction and ongoing oversight
• Manage administrative/data entry touchpoints (code creation, UTM set up, etc.)
• Templated reporting and dashboarding - client to provide templates
• Research the company’s key competitor(s), conducting overall competitor research by following and tracking consumer experience
• Ability to discover, organize, compile, upload, and update competitor insights and create reports based on the gathered data (searching manually via Facebook ads library or as directed by the client)

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of social media ad buying experience 
• 2+ years of experience with Google Ads
• 2+ years of Meta Ads experience
• Basic experience with Google Analytics, Ignite, or similar analytics tool
• Experience with G Suite 
• Intermediate Google Sheets or Excel experience 
• Prior experience with competitor research/tracking
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Recent graveyard shift experience, and amenable to work in the US timezone 

• Google and/or FB certifications
• 1+ years of TikTok ad building experience
• Experience with Google Data Studio (or similar data platform)  
• Basic experience with Airtable or similar project mgt. platform (Asana, Notion, etc.) 
• Experience working w/ health and beauty industry
