GrowthAssistant is looking for a Social Media Ads Specialist for our growth marketing team. This teammate helps perform data attribution and analysis for 100+ ad accounts primarily for Meta, provide daily and weekly performance reports on ad sets, perform research on digital marketing ecosystem to create a "daily digest", Create role related documentation / SOPs as needed in Notion and more.

The Role

Create role-related documentation / SOPs as needed in Notion
Perform data attribution and analysis for 100+ ad accounts primarily for Meta
Monitor analytics and adjust according to client direction/parameters
Creating reporting dashboard in Google Sheets and inputting data into templates
Provide daily and weekly performance reports on ad sets
Research and build lists of high-potential prospects based on client parameters
Perform research on the digital marketing ecosystem to create a "daily digest"
Create dashboards and input data into CRM (HubSpot)

Must Have:

Experience creating and enhancing SOPs (Notion or any similar platforms)
2+ years of broad social ads experience
1+ years of experience with Google Sheets (Intermediate GSheets/Excel skills)
Experience with G Suite
Ability to work PST

Nice to Have:

Experience with Looker (or similar) tool
