GrowthAssistant is looking for an experienced Paid Social Specialist – Meta Ads to take ownership of our client’s paid social strategy. In this role, you’ll build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Facebook and Instagram; manage day-to-day performance within set parameters; conduct competitor research; and deliver reports that help drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments per client direction
  • Conduct competitor research via Facebook Ads Library and organize insights
  • Manage admin tasks like UTM setup, code creation, and campaign QA
  • Generate templated reports and dashboards to track performance
  • Stay updated on paid social best practices and new opportunities


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) buying experience
  • Strong knowledge of paid social metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPM)
  • Prior experience with competitor tracking & reporting
  • Confident in Google Suite + intermediate Google Sheets/Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work US Eastern Time


Nice to Have:

  • Facebook Ads Certification
  • 1+ years of TikTok Ads experience
  • Familiarity with Google Data Studio (or similar BI tools)
  • Experience with Airtable, Asana, or Notion
  • Background in health & beauty industry
