We seek an experienced Audience Segmentation QA Assistant to manage and optimize audience targeting using platforms like Amplitude and Hightouch. The role involves collaborating with marketing and engineering teams, validating SQL queries, maintaining data dictionaries, and ensuring accurate audience segmentation for campaign execution. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and experience with data platforms like Snowflake and CRM tools such as Braze are essential.


Salary Range:  PHP 50000-85000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with audience segmentation platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Hightouch, or similar).
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL for querying audience data (Snowflake preferred).
  • Familiarity with data warehouse structures and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Google BigQuery).
  • Basic understanding of CRM platforms like Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience documenting and maintaining data dictionaries or audience management systems.

Core Tasks:

  • Act as a liaison between marketing and engineering teams to manage audience requests and ensure timely delivery.
  • QA audience definitions and configurations to ensure accuracy in targeting and compliance with marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering to validate SQL queries and ensure accurate audience segmentation.
  • Maintain and update the data dictionary for audience attributes and usage documentation.
  • Troubleshoot audience discrepancies within platforms like Hightouch or Braze.
  • Support the implementation and QA of audience-based campaign triggers.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with event-based marketing data pipelines and APIs.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager or similar tools for analytics configuration.
  • Intermediate experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).

Critical Durable Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail, especially in managing complex data relationships.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to identifying gaps in processes or tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
