GrowthAssistant is looking for an Email Marketer for our growth marketing team. This teammate will set up and execute email drip campaigns, launch email and push campaigns for partner marketing teams, update creatives, and copy existing automated workflows to power A/B Tests. In addition to that, they will be assisting with the weekly campaign reporting, QA, and update flows and triggers.

The Role:

Manage and optimize CRM/email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
Utilize Asana or similar project management tools to plan and execute marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Leverage Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables, lookups, and formulas, to derive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
Collaborate with internal teams, utilizing Slack for efficient communication and coordination of marketing efforts.

Must Have

3+ years of advanced experience with CRM/email marketing platform
1+ years experience with Asana or similar project mgt. tool is a must-have
Has done end-to-end email marketing
Intermediate experience with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
Experience with Slack for internal comms

Compensation Range: ₱45,000 to ₱65,000/month
