The Senior Paid Media Buyer (Meta) is responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns to drive business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic decision-making, and proactive communication with clients to ensure ad performance meets and exceeds KPIs.

The Schedule:
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Must-Have:
3+ years of Meta ads experience to set up, optimize, and provide recommendations on ad campaigns based on data trends
Experience managing a minimum budget of $100k in monthly ad spend
Understanding of and experience calculating ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other key paid media KPIs
Experience building brand-new reports in Excel or Google Sheets to show paid media trends in real time and over time across campaigns
Expertise in analyzing Meta ads data, making proactive recommendations to clients, and adjusting campaigns accordingly
Core Tasks:
Launch new Meta ad campaigns from scratch, including A/B testing of ads and ad sets
Optimize Meta campaigns based on performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and CPM
Provide proactive recommendations and best practices for campaign improvements
Monitor and analyze ad performance, identifying challenges and reporting insights to the client
Build advanced Excel or Google Sheets reports with formulas, charts, and pivot tables for performance tracking
