GrowthAssistant is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Email Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and driving our marketing and growth initiatives. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks spanning email marketing, social media management, customer segmentation, competitive intelligence, and administrative support. This multifaceted role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for driving business growth through efficient and effective marketing operations.

The schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST

Core Tasks:

Setting up email campaigns using Customer.io and Outreach.
List pulls from Meta base for customer segmentation.
Post marketing content on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
Maintaining customer marketing database in Notion.
Collect updates and support copywriting for monthly releases, including blogging on WebFlow.
Additional light admin or related tasks per client training.

Must-Have:

2+ Email marketing, customer segments,
1+ years experience Notion
Broad experience with multiple social ads platforms
Ability to work PST

Nice-to-Have:

Familiarity with Slack or Gmail for internal comms

Compensation range: ₱55,000 to ₱75,000/month
