            Marketing QA and Tagging Operations will ensure every tag, pixel, and event is implemented correctly, firing as intended, and compliant with internal standards to drive performance marketing outcomes confidently in a regulated environment.

Core Tasks:
- Own and maintain a complete inventory of all marketing tags and tracking pixels across performance channels (Google, Meta, etc.).
- Implement, QA, and document tagging and event setups to support performance marketing measurement and optimization.
- Establish and standardize SOPs for new tag setup, QA, and validation requests.
- Partner with SEO/SEM and Paid Media teams to ensure accurate event firing and attribution tracking for paid campaigns.
- Conduct routine audits of tagging frameworks, pixel accuracy, and enhanced conversion configurations.
- Support the documentation of tagging schemas and provide evidence for compliance-related processes and audits, following existing protocols.
- Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams to troubleshoot discrepancies between campaign data and platform reporting.
- Maintain and optimize playbooks and QA templates for ongoing process improvement and knowledge transfer.
Must-have Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM): tag setup, debugging, QA, and version control.
- Solid understanding of ad tracking and event-based measurement across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Demonstrated ability to perform marketing QA — validating event triggers, pixel accuracy, and data layer mappings.
- Proven experience documenting and standardizing workflows (e.g., QA checklists, tagging playbooks, SOPs).
Nice-to-have Qualifications:
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills related to tag firing, browser console testing, and ad platform integrations.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., mParticle, Segment, or Hi Touch) and how they connect to ad ecosystems.
- Experience working in a regulated environment, with comfort supporting compliance evidence and structured approvals.
- Exposure to new technology trends (enhanced conversions, consent mode, or privacy-focused tagging).
- Working knowledge of analytics tools such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
- Background in eCommerce or high-volume paid media environments.
