The Role:
- Create visually impactful designs for digital marketing channels, including Amazon listings, email and SMS campaigns, paid social ads, and sales collateral
- Develop high-quality motion graphics that enhance brand identity and communicate client messages effectively
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across different formats
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proofread and QA designs to ensure error-free execution
- Collaborate closely with the creative team, account managers, and project managers to meet client expectations and deliver on time
- Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance, recommending improvements based on data analysis
- Design and produce high-quality visual content for Amazon product listings, including images, infographics, A+ Content, and Amazon Posts
- Craft effective designs for email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Develop visuals for paid social ads and sales collateral, ensuring alignment with brand messaging
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of design experience, focusing on direct response advertising
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions across various digital channels
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma) and motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with Amazon Vendor and Seller Centrals and their design guidelines
- Experience in email marketing design for both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business campaigns
- Has graveyard shift experience in the last 6 months and is amenable to work in US time zones
- Open to using a time-tracking tool (Hubstaff)
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with Klaviyo template builder

Salary Range: PHP 55,000 - 80,000 per month
